SAFE SIDEWALK INCENTIVE PROGRAM
To provide for safer and more enjoyable non-motorized travel and for property owners to be in compliance with Village Code Chapter 173, Streets and Sidewalks Article II Maintenance of Sidewalk Area for repair. & Article VI Sidewalk Construction. The Village of Cuba Department of Public Works will take requests for new sidewalks from property owners along residential, thoroughfares, business streets and non-residential areas throughout the Village of Cuba. A general target of this "first come first serve program" is to provide approximately 2800 square feet of new sidewalk each year.
