Official documents are kept in the Clerk's office and are available to the public.  These include minutes of all the Town Board Meetings, agreements, resolutions, and local laws.  The vital statistics or records of birth and deaths occurring in Cuba are also available through the Clerk's office.  Marriage licenses issued at this office are available here also.

The Clerk's office issues marriage licenses, hunting and fishing licenses, building permit applications, and dog licenses.
